Saunas
Saunas purchased will be delivered during the month advised at the point of sale.
Saunas will be dropped at location in boxes and the product is to be assembled by the customer unless installation is purchased in the cart.
Installation
Professional installation may be purchased as an add on.
Accessories
All in stock accessories will be shipped within 2 working days.
Returns
Refunds are offered for major product defects that cannot be resolved. Please contact us for further information.
Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only possible within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The original product must be returned in good condition, without any damage or excessive wear and tear.
- Fees and Charges:
- **Labor Fees:** Any labour costs associated with the removal of the original sauna and installation of the new sauna will be charged to the customer. These fees will vary based on the location and complexity of the installation.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 7% of the original product cost will be applied. This fee compensates for the inspection, repackaging, and restocking of the returned item.
- Price Difference:
- If the new model is more expensive, the customer will pay the difference in price between the two models.
- If the new model is less expensive, the customer will be refunded the difference, less the restocking fee and any applicable labour fees.
- Process for Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@pausewellness.com.au
- Our team will guide you through the process of scheduling the removal of your current sauna and the installation of the new one, including an estimate of the associated labour fees.
- Refunds:
- Any refunds due will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days following the successful return and inspection of the original sauna.
